Staffcop

StaffCop visually records every action a privileged user does on your IT systems, including endpoints, servers/terminal servers, networks, and the Cloud for 22+ system objects, such as: web, apps, email, file transfers, etc. Each object can be set up to consider who has access to the monitored records and what needs to be monitored, enabling immediate administrative monitoring of all user activity while adhering to any privacy constraints. Additionally, monitoring continues even when systems are not in use.

StaffCop’s advanced anomaly engine will automatically detect when a user, department, or group deviates from their usual parameters or exceeds acceptable risk levels once you specify what constitutes unsafe or destructive user behavior. Other tasks performed by StaffCop include finding anomalies in programs, emails, networks, file operations, and printing, alerting administrators to malicious user activity, locking out users, or seizing remote control of the compromised system before any malicious or fraudulent attempts are made.

StaffCop allows for both live watching and recorded playback of every action a user does while using a computer. Past incidents can be looked for and recovered in just a few seconds because to comprehensive meta data and quick indexing. Optional audio support for recording sound inputs and outputs ensures that all speaker and microphone audio is recorded. Recorded files can be downloaded as MP4 files or exported as such.
